Our renowned, designated caterers, Vanilla, will create the buffet, wedding breakfast or luncheon of your dreams. They offer a personalised service to ensure that the menu choice is to your specified requirements.

Vanilla also offers an in-house cake designer who will be delighted to design a cake to coordinate with your wedding theme.

For Conferences:

Complimentary tea, (Herbal/Fruit teas if requested), coffee, and water are available all day during conferences, but for ‘theatre conferences’ there is an extra small charge.

Working lunches, finger buffets or full menu can be provided by our superb, designated catering company, Vanilla ­ see sample menus.

Special Dietary needs can be catered for if advised on booking.

For Funeral Receptions:

We can provide a small, select luncheon, larger buffet- style menu, morning coffee and pastries or afternoon teas, all served with beverages to suit your taste and the occasion. Supplied by our designated caterers ­ Vanilla.
