white Rolls Royce parked in front of Winslowe House on a bright and sunny day

It is the only property in the Southampton area offering a spectacular location yet within easy reach of the City (4 miles), the Parkway Station (4 miles) and Southampton airport (4 miles)

This elegant country mansion with its panoramic views of the surrounding countryside is decorated to very high standards.

The entrance to Winslowe House is through the porch. This opens into the stunning Salisbury Hall with its parquet floor, open fireplace and magnificent, sweeping staircase.

Adjacent to this is the large Barford Room, with its spectacular views across the fields to the east and Portsdown Hill in the distance. Central to this room is the magnificent, oak table with its comfortable seating for twelve. Like the hall it too has a solid, polished wood floor and open marble fireplace.

The Barford Room is licenced for civil ceremonies. The Barford Room is also available for formal dining events as well as offering full conference facilities.

If further reception space is required for special events, a luxurious marquee, linked to the house and accessed from the main entrance hall, can be provided. This enjoys the wonderful, rural views to the west of the main house. In the warmer months guests are invited to take refreshments on the terrace overlooking the garden.

In the full brochure you will find details of the events and facilities available, for example: weddings, golden or ruby wedding celebrations, special anniversary or birthday parties; cream teas; conferences; training days; funeral receptions; film location or photo-shoots.

If you are interested in making a booking at Winslowe House we strongly suggest an early appointment to view the facilities and all the options available. We would hate to disappoint you if your planned date could not be accommodated.

We only reserve Winslowe House for one client per day (except for mini-meetings, maximum two per day in either the morning and/or afternoon). Therefore, Winslowe House and its facilities are for your exclusive use.
